This booking is for a custom, traditionally hand painted, original oil painting on cradled birch board.

​

A deposit at 20% of the full price is required to confirm your spot and for me to begin work.

An invoice will be sent to your email address with the price breakdowns according to your selections on this form, along with the payment option.

Comments section is a good place to include if the painting is a secret gift and your preferred date of completion. It is possible that I may not be able to finish the painting before your preferred date depending on my schedule, I will notify you if the date you include is not achievable!

Please note paintings require around 1-2 months once completed to fully dry before they can be varnished and shipped.

For Canada and USA addresses, there is no additional shipping cost. A breakdown of all costs will be included in the invoice. Please note additional customs charges may apply for addresses outside Canada.

I will provide a contract to be signed before work can begin.
